Industrial Psychology

Dr. Lawrence E. Ugwu is a distinguished Postdoctoral Research Fellow at North-West University, South Africa, with a specialized focus in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He holds a PhD with Distinction from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where his research centered on the dynamic interplay between emotional intelligence, workplace behavior, and trauma recovery. His work is driven by a commitment to enhancing organizational effectiveness and promoting employee well-being through innovative psychological interventions.

Dr. Ugwu has made significant contributions to the field through his extensive publications in prestigious journals.
